A GeneraOrigins installation can take many forms depending on your needs. It is an open system that can integrate its native abilities with your company and its systems.

Access to information and features is controlled per user, so that the same page can show different things to different users, based on their personal roles and settings.

Go!Intranet™

GeneraOrigins is like a modern online company cafe. It's a secure web site (intranet) where all your people can log in and have access to company communications; a place to post company news and announcements, download company forms, look up customer info and write contact notes; a place to post anything you need communicated to the company (or group).

Out-of-the-box features include company news, surveys, personal and company calendar, to-do lists, message center, company announcements, web search, group pages, favorite links list, birthday reminders, local weather, and more.

The system also restricts what each user can see and access, based on their user roles in the system. With such a security feature, Go!Intranet™ can also easily manage a company "extranet", providing useful information or resources to vendors, customer, or business partners.

Go!CRM™

Contact Relationship Manager (people & companies; ...info, calendar, alerts, & ongoing notes).
GO!CRM is the person/company/notes information store. Your employees will have instant access to the latest information about their customers, prospects, vendors, and internal employees.

GO!CRM combines the anytime, anywhere aspect of a web-based program, with essential CRM features like conversation notes, follow-up reminders, and to do lists.

GO!CRM is built on a SQL Server engine, so it's robust enough to be the single source for person-company data in an enterprise. You can integrate the data with your own programs.

Go!Docs™

Document Management ...like having searchable filing cabinets - online; use it for storage and retreival; programs can use it too.
GO!Docs is a powerful document management system that offers companies the ability to gain control and improve organization of digital files of all types.

Benefits include the ability to browse and view stored documents, track multiple version history, set file permissions, create metadata (data about data) reports, search by keywords, authors, dates, and the ability to set email notification when new versions are stored.

Go!Figure™

GO!Figureā„¢ is not a module or a program.
The "Go!Figure" category refers to anything that you might add or integrate with a GeneraOrigins installation. If your company uses software that can be launched from the GeneraOrigins portal environment, then your program falls under the GO!Figure category.

We also build custom web applications that are outside of the GeneraOrigins framework. We can create any web-based solution to fit your needs.

Our goal is to be an organizing force to our customers. The GO!Figure part of the system, which is YOUR part of the system, is an essential element of the GeneraOrigins framework.
