fill out information online that allows them to generate bids and (versioned) contracts from the
online application. These versioned contracts are all saved, along with their uploaded supporting documentation
for a smooth and paperless solution to a formerly labor-intensive process.

Data Migration
Btrieve to SQL Server, Exchange to SQL Server
Major software migration required a custom conversion program to be written to move
records from an old system to a newer, faster, better, system (built by us of course).
Data was in a Btrieve database and an Exchange database; both moved to SQL Server.
Migration required to be instant on the cut-over day. Conversion was written and
worked several thousands of personal data and email records from several communities in the U.S.
Testing and cut-over went magnificently, even if we do say so ourselves. Our client was thrilled.
